How does remote measurement work?
No need for a tailor's tape or a trip to the shop. At Casa & Cavalli, we use cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technology. When placing your order, simply scan a QR code with your smartphone. Our AI analyzes your silhouette in seconds using two simple photos (front and profile) to generate your three-dimensional measurements with millimeter precision.
Are my photos and personal data secure?
Absolutely. The photos are used solely for the algorithmic analysis of your fitting measurements. They are never saved, never shared, and are immediately deleted from our servers once your measurements are extracted. Your privacy is fully protected.
What happens if the suit doesn't fit me perfectly upon receipt?
Our AI technology boasts an accuracy rate of over 95%. However, if a minor adjustment is necessary (such as a hem length), Casa & Cavalli will cover your alteration costs at your local tailor up to €50.

How do I choose my size for your shoes?
Our Casa & Cavalli shoes fit true to size (standard European sizing). We recommend ordering your usual dress shoe size. If you are between two sizes, opt for the smaller one: the high-quality full-grain calfskin will naturally stretch very slightly to conform to the shape of your foot.

What are the production and delivery times?
- Shoes and accessories (in stock): Shipped within 48 hours.
- Made-to-measure suits and shirts: Each piece is cut to order just for you. Please allow 4 to 5 weeks for production in our European workshops and delivery to your home.
Can I return an item?
- Shoes and accessories: Yes, you have 14 days to request a free size exchange or a refund, provided the shoes have only been worn on a rug for trying on.
- Made-to-measure (Suits / Shirts): Since these pieces are highly customized to your measurements, they are non-refundable, but we cover the costs of alterations to ensure they fit impeccably.
